a design studio for architecture, material preservation, research, and collective dialogue
About
Sens is an architecture and research studio working collaboratively to deliver projects responsive to environmental and cultural contexts. We are committed to spatial practices that support care, material preservation, and long-term ecological responsibility.
Our Collective
Founded in Australia by longtime collaborators and registered architects, Nicola Cortese (New York), Lauren Crockett (Paris/Brussels) and Stephanie Pahnis (Naarm/Melbourne). Sens brings together a shared commitment to advancing design through dialogue, education and public engagement.
Collectively, the founders bring decades of experience delivering high-quality, design-led projects across public, education, residential and commercial sectors.
